Accounts Payable Associate
Qualifications
● Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or any accounting related courses.
● Must be knowledgeable in bookkeeping, financial statement reporting, bank reconciliation, and updated with tax laws and accounting standards.
● Fresh Graduates are welcome.
● CPALE passer is an advantage.
● Must have knowledge in advanced Excel and three-way matching concept.
● Must have working knowledge with QuickBooks and Oojeema.
Job Description
● Check, review, and audit the client’s expenses, collections, and bank deposit records and report any findings if necessary.
● Identify, classify, and summarize the nature of transactions for proper journalizing.
● Collate, prepare, encode, and validate source documents in the appropriate platform.
● Report discrepancies or red flags to the immediate superior.
● Ensure proper cross checking of working documents and reports.
● Determine strategic prioritization of clients based on urgency and gravity of impending outcome.
