General Accounting Associate
Job Summary
The role is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the ability to analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare audited annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and its corresponding notes
- Ensure all financial statements are in compliance with PFRS (Philippine Financial Reporting Standards)
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws that may affect financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or accounting-related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in financial statement preparation or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (PFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred, but not required).

- 5-day onsite work at Makati
Plant Controller
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the ability to analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
· Check and monitor compliance to internal control procedures {inventories, fixed assets, other policies)
· Observe month-end bulk count and reconciliation
· Check and verify monthly operations report with focus on requirement for costing
· Prepare regular reports required for Plant Management and Head Office Controlling
· Monitor CapEx projects progress and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or accounting-related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in financial statement preparation or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred, but not required)..
